Perched upon the elevated peak of Goecha La, overlooking the great Kanchenjunga, this snow-covered trek is renowned for its marvelous beauty. Past the shocking Samiti Lake, the primary fascination of this journey is the 15 major culminations that can be seen from here, similar to Mt. Pandim, Mt. Thingchinkhang, etc.
But due to the harsh weather conditions, this trek is considered to be a bit difficult.
Kanchenjunga base camp trek

One of the most popular and thrilling trek in Sikkim, the Kanchenjunga trek route is long and quite strenuous. The immense popularity it owns is due to the lush forests of rhododendrons, pines, and green meadows.
Being quite close to Nepal, it is also surrounded by Kabru, Rathong, and Talung range among others.
Chilly nights and icy rocks can be difficult to tackle without proper equipment like spiky boots, ropes, layered warm clothes, and sleeping bags.
